How to Complete the BPC Contact Form

Step 1

Click the "BPC Contact Form" button below OR click the "Log In" button (highlighted in green below) in the website menu.

Step 2

If you already have an account, then you can proceed by entering your email and password. You can also log in via your Google or Facebook account by clicking on the respective links.

If you already have an account but you have forgotten your password, then click "Forgot Password" (highlighted in pink below) and follow the prompts to reset your password.

If you don't currently have an account, then click "Sign Up" (highlighted in green below) and follow the prompts to create your account.

After you've logged in, you should be directed to the BPC Contact Form.

If you don't see the "BPC Contact Form" appear after logging in, then just click the dropdown arrow to the right of the "Profile Pic" icon in the website menu (highlighted in green below). From there you should see the "BPC Contact Form" link appear in the dropdown menu.

Step 4

Complete the BPC Contact Form to the best of your ability.

 

Be advised that the "Child Name" fields in the BPC Contact Form (ex. "Child #1 Name", "Child #2 Name", etc.) are for children under 18 only. All members ages 18 and above will be asked to complete their own BPC Contact Form.

Be advised that the "Individual Monthly Giving" field in the BPC Contact Form is an estimate of your personal monthly giving and is completely optional. We ask that members enter their individual contributions rather than their household’s total. For example, if a couple plans to give $500 collectively, one spouse might enter '$200' and the other '$300,' or they could split it evenly. Alternatively, one spouse may enter the full amount while the other enters '$0.'"

Step 5

After you've finished completing the BPC Contact Form, click the "Update Info" button (highlighted in green below) located at the top and bottom of the form. You should see a green text box labeled "Info Updated" once your updates have been received.

I recently completed the old BPC Membership Form. Do I need to complete the new BPC Contact Form as well?

  • Yes! We’re utilizing a new database built into the site that will streamline our communications going forward and allow members to seamlessly update their information in the future.

What happens if I forget my password?

  • If you've forgotten your password, then click "Forgot Password" on the Log In page and follow the prompts to reset your password.

I created a BPC account before, but was restricted access due to "admin approval". Can I log in now?

  • Yes! Originally, there was an "admin approval" verification process in place whenever members sought to create a new online account, but that verification process has been removed.

I need to log out of my account to allow another member of my household to complete the BPC Contact Form. How can I log out of my account?

  • You can log out of your account by clicking the dropdown arrow to the right of the "Profile Pic" icon in the website menu.
